Marion F. Curington, along with his wife, Joyce Curington, is in the full-time gospel ministry of singing Southern Gospel music and speaking the Gospel as well.

 Marion was born in northeast Louisiana into a “Christian”-Singing Family.  Marion was the oldest of four children which made up a quartet.  Marion began singing and directing songs from the Stamps-Baxter Convention Song Books at the age of 4 years.  Marion and his family traveled over Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and parts of Oklahoma, on weekends, singing the Gospel wherever God led. 

Marion was song leader in the small country church and served in youth programs, youth revivals, as well as, other church activities.  During which time, Marion had not accepted Jesus.  Marion knew about Jesus, but did not know Him, personally.  Being so close to the church and singing gospel songs made it difficult to realize, that He too, needed to ask Jesus into his heart.

At the age of fourteen, after serving all this time in church and singing the gospel, Marion asked Jesus into his heart.  That is when Marion really began to live and enjoy serving God with the talent and gift God gave to him.  They continued to sing the gospel and minister to people wherever they could.  As their family grew up and each one went into various vocations, they tended to drift away from singing, as a family group.  However, none of the family stopped singing.  Marion continued to sing in the choir at church; began teaching the Bible and serving as Deacon in the church.

Missing the message and music of the Southern Gospel style that He so loved, on March 23, 2004, God spoke directly to Marion’s heart and was called to resign his duties at church to begin a new ministry of singing and speaking/teaching the gospel on an evangelistic basis.

In June, 2007 God sent Joyce into Marion’s life and they were married.  Joyce grew up singing Southern Gospel Music and has traveled with her family, to various parts of the country reaching hearts for God.  Joyce has a rich soprano voice and uses it to glorify God and to reach the hearts of people; to encourage and uplift saints of God and to reach others with the message of salvation.
